Party Terms & Conditions

Minimum Party Size:
A minimum of 10 children is required per party booking.

Party Time Slots:

Birthday Party Package Includes:

Invitations: Can be downloaded [here].
2 Hour Party Slot: Includes 1 hour of play centre use / farm animal viewing and 1 hour in the party room.
Meal: A hot or cold pre-ordered meal for each child, along with an ice-lolly. Unlimited jugs of squash will be available in the party rooms.

Extras:

Colliers Farm Party Bag: Includes a pack of cress or sunflower seeds, crayons, and a farm-themed colouring/activity sheet.
Parents to Supply: Birthday cake and sweets for party bags.

Important Information:
By confirming your booking, you are agreeing to the following terms:

Party Information Form: The Party Information Form and Party Attendance Document must be completed and returned to events@colliersfarm.uk 1 week prior to the party.
Adult Entry: Each child is entitled to one free adult entry. Additional adults must pay an entry fee, which can be paid at the reception or online. We kindly ask you to inform all attending adults of this before the party.
Supervision: All children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times during the party.
Animal Interaction: All children must wash their hands after petting or feeding the animals.
Additional Information: Any additional information or special requirements must be supplied to us at least 1 week before your party to ensure our team is properly informed and prepared.
